May is a time of growth, transformation, and rebirth. It is a time to reflect on the changes we have gone through and what we want to become in the future. As the weather warms up and the days grow longer, we can feel our spirits lifting and our minds turning towards new possibilities. 

This month’s theme is about embracing who we are meant to be and allowing ourselves to blossom like a flower into something beautiful.

Embracing community for self-growth is an important part of achieving your goals and becoming the best version of yourself. Working out with a group of like minded people can provide you with the necessary support and accountability to help you reach your goals faster.

By joining a workout community, you can also create friendships and get stronger together. You will have access to different skills from other dancers that can help you improve your own skills. Plus, having someone cheering you on will motivate you to keep going even when things are difficult.

We invite you to join us on this journey of self-discovery as we explore the power of dance, fitness, community and mindfulness to help us grow, transform and ultimately become who we are meant to be. In order to track our growth, we need tools to measure our progress and set goals for ourselves so that we can see where we are headed.
