Red Rider - Owner
Red (she/her) (English) comes from an education background with a double major in Literature and Education from American University and a Master’s Degree specializing in Urban Education from Hamline University. She spent the majority of her 13 years teaching and being a part of administrative teams for alternative schools in Minneapolis.
She’s now able to use her skills as a classroom teacher for instructing her pole students and her administrative savvy for managing Villainy’s operations. With a love for learning, she continues to develop her business acumen to make Villainy the most bad@ss studio in town!
Jac Fatale - Owner
Jac Fatale (She/He) (English) is a long time educator with a degree in Theatre Performance and Film Production from the University of Minnesota. With her passion for igniting joy in others, Jac uses her decades of stage, directorial and production experience to help students hone their own individual vision.
As a true Jac of all Trades, she also handles the majority of the graphic design and brand management for Villainy Studio, in addition to long term strategic planning and equipment acquisition.
Kit Vicious - Admin Support
Kit Vicious (they/she) (English, Japanese) has been working in some form of administrative role since pre-pandemic times and loves providing support and service to new and established Villains.
This multi-talented fox is an instructor at Villainy, offering Beginner Chair, Chair FUNdamentals, Static Trapeze 1 & 1.5, and Chair Solo Tech class options and performs with The ExperTeasers at one of the many NerdDoms or Triple Threat shows throughout the Twin Cities.
You may also catch a glimpse of her producing and performing at Fulton Tap Room in her show: Cirque de Lust.
Cici/Lixx - Front Desk
Cici/Lixx (She/Her) (English) Has been a student of burlesque, pole dance, and chair dance for many years. She loves making connections with students and helping everyone feel welcome.
Be sure to read her announcement board the next time you are hanging out in the lobby (she’s kind of obsessed with it!).
TifDynamite & Gollum -Front Desk
When Tif (she/her) (English) is not teaching Burlesque and Chair Dance, you can find TifDynamite making paper clip sculptures at the front desk with Villainy's official mascot, Gollum, who is ready and waiting for pets.
Aryn - Front Desk
Aryn (she/her) (English, German) occasionally be found at the front desk to welcome you in.
A dancer in many genres since childhood she loves to see what people are learning.
Penny - Front Desk
Penny (she/they) (English, French) fell in love with pole dancing and aerial arts when patronizing Villainy for the first time in 2023.
She strives to offer a welcoming and positive environment to students of all horizons at Villainy and wants to help build a strong community for all dancers and queer performers.
Sparky - Media
A software programmer by day and a skilled photographer/videographer by night, Sparky (he/him) first became involved with the syndicate via pole dancing lessons in 2021.
Naturally, he fell in love with the athleticism and artistry of pole and even started competing. He offered to use his film skills to help grow the business, and the rest, as they say, is history. (English)
